Exciting opportunity for a highly organised masters IR student with strong communication skills. A unique foreign/development policy consultancy specialising in strategic foresight, national strategy and the future shape of government is seeking an intern to manage the social media and communications for the company. The successful candidate will gain vital experience in the field of international relations, broaden their network, and gain insight into the communications and work of a consultancy firm.
The job scope is to develop and implement a social media and outreach strategy. This probably will include researching and writing blog posts, coordinating twitter activity, designing layout and content for online web pages, and outreach activity including newsletters. The majority of work can be done remotely. The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to attend events and meetings related to their area of interest.
