Assessing your resilience

Six questions to ask yourself about your levels of resilience*:

  1. Adaptiveness: are you willing to adapt before you are forced to do so?
  2. Focus: is there a clear vision, purpose and identity?
  3. Responsiveness: re you listening for signals of change?
  4. Leadership: do you have support from the CEO down?
  5. Culture: do you recognise everyone’s contribution?
  6. Long-termism: do you look beyond the 12-month plan?
