Rob Ricigliano
Biography
Rob is the Director of the Institute of World Affairs, and the Peace Studies Program at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee where he teaches International Mediation and Negotiation through the Department of Communication.
His experience mediating intense and protracted conflicts using systems mapping and complexity theory have led him to become an expert in the field of systems thinking and collaboration. His book “Making Peace Last” is a tool to help policy makers define the theory, analysis, and practice needed to create peacebuilding approaches that are as dynamic and adaptive as the societies they are trying to affect.
